The maturity survey reviews and measures your current inventory management capabilities from an operational perspective using a standard set of 20 questions.

Each question is measured on a scale of 1 to 5 or Not Applicable:

1 notional   2 basic   3 standard   4 advanced   5 world class   N/A Not Applicable

A mature warehouse would see most survey responses in the 3, 4 to 5 range whereas an immature Warehouse would have survey results in the 1 and 2’s.

The survey provides a standard repeatable process from which to view and measure current state warehouse capabilities in detail.

After completing the survey FourPL will analyse and playback the results to you, in the form of a PowerPoint presentation that will:

1. graphically present the ‘current state’ survey results
2. identify areas of operational improvement
3. Provide insights and areas of focus to be addressed in the ‘future state’ model
